As a coalition, we bring together parents, caregivers, medical professionals and all parties who want to play a role in delivering comprehensive compassionate pediatric palliative care across the state of Michigan.

As a member, you will help us continue to further our mission of educating, supporting and advocating for families, volunteers and medical professionals caring for children with life-limiting illnesses.

The annual fees to join the CPCC are below:

Student membership

For those in school interested in children's palliative care, you may join for $25.

 

Individual/Family membership

If you are a member of a family affected by personal need to pediatric palliative care or just have an interest in our work, you may join us as an Individual/Family Member at a cost of $50 per year per family. Please note: if the cost of these dues makes it difficult for you to join, please contact us and we'll help you.

Professional membership

If you are a professional working in the field of pediatric palliative care or with a professional interest in this field, please consider joining us as a Professional Member at a cost of $100 per year.

Corporate membership

We invite organizations to become strategic supporters of the Coalition, which will help strengthen our advocacy, extend our networks and raise the impacts we can make in the field of pediatric palliative care. We offer four levels of corporate membership:

Gold - $4,000+

Benefits include: Acknowledgement on website for 12 months; logo in newsletter sent 3 times annually; recognition at annual conference (pre-conference communications, conference brochure and post conference social media posts, logo on thank you slides and mention by conference host).

Silver - $2,000+

Benefits include: Acknowledgement on website for 9 months; logo in newsletter sent 3 times annually; recognition at annual conference (pre-conference communications,  post conference social media posts, logo on thank you slides and mention by conference host).

Bronze - $1,000+

Benefits include: Acknowledgement on website for 6 months and recognition at annual conference (logo on thank you slides and mention by conference host).

 

Copper - $500+ 

Benefits include: Acknowledgement on website for 1 month and recognition at annual conference (logo on thank you slides and mention by conference host).
